There was different food, the staff was consistently courteous! The room was silent and the view was particularly good. Lovely hotel, thoughtful service. You could walk to the markets and shops. Very comfortable stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the metro.

It was neat, the staff was courteous, plus the service was impeccable. Beautiful room - bed was big. Got wake up service for free, didn't expect that. Shinsaibashi district was worth staying in.
